      Although there are no reports of serious human toxicity there is a possible case that suggests that it could interfere with anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin. A woman treated with warfarin was destabilized after drinking three or four glasses of tea, made from goji berries, for several days.
      I would suggest that If you are taking anticoagulants, do not hesitate to consult your doctor before taking goji berries.

    I have this bad habit, of always running for a chocolate slab when I get hungry. I was never quite a fan of Goji berries, but after having learned about the awesome benefits of this fruit, I am definitely going to give it a try.     Vegan nutrition has many benefits. The benefit of Goji Berry is amazing. In our neighborhood, there was a doctor living (unfortunately not anymore) who was a plant and alternative medicine specialist. He wrote a few books about vegan and bio nutrition, many of them of plants origin.Definitely, the humans should turn more to nature itself and enjoy the benefits it has to offer. The health is the primary focus of every person. Health is not evaluated well enough until the health problems occur. The proper nutrition acts as prevention and “health saver!”

    Thanks for writing this article I have been searching for information on Goji Berries. I have never tried this fruit but with all the benefits they give I need to go out and get me some. I am always looking for naturally sweet things to eat instead of sugar-coated products. And with the Gogi berries, you get healthy and sweat all in one.

    I’ve not used berries before and didn’t know it’s loaded with some awesome package of health benefits until reading your article. 

    The price too is not bad so I might consider giving it a try although I’m not a Vegetarian. Its nutritional value has won my interest.     This is a brilliant post! I have definitely heard of and have even eaten Goji Berries a few times so this post was extra interesting to me. Ever since I have adopted the Vegan lifestyle I find myself thinking about protein a lot more so it is great to know that Goji berries can solve that problem for me.

    I have been eating a lot of berries but not Goji berries for a while, but after reading this they are back in my mind and back on the shopping list!

    Is the fresh (non-dried) version just as good or does drying the berries release or unlock the berries superfood qualities?

      Hi Renton, the fresh Berries are always a number one choice but considering that depending where you live, the climate and availability of a certain product plus how long the would last, unless you have a fresh market around the corner and live in a place where they grow easily I tend to prefer the dried ones just because they are easy to store. There is even a supplement version of it if it suits your needs better

There are truly thousands of different plants and fruits available to mankind, it is left for us to do the discovery of them.       Goji berries could interact with some drugs. If you take warfarin, you may want to avoid goji berries. Goji berries may also interact with diabetes drugs and blood pressure drugs so talk with your doctor first.

    WOW nice write and very convinced with the Goji berry my only problem is that taking the specified amount of it as it writing will a longer period of time and i have someone the has a bad kidney problem please there any other fast action that can be taking using the Goji berry to get well on time.

    Goji Berries are a delight, I recently discovered them recently and i have enjoyed them. They have a lot of benefits and help in relieving stress too. it was introduced to me by a friend who was looking healthy and had good skin so i enquired what was the secret and she told me she found it online too. since then i have been eating goji berries too. Does eating too much of Goji Berries have any adverse effect?     Wow! I’ve not really know goji berry to be this cool. I love the way you state it’s benefits out and I’m definitely going to bookmark this page.
